CSCS does not itself hold construction, engineering, or safety registration. This is a deliberate structural choice, not a gap.

CSCS's role is advisory and strategic. Any technical work requiring registered sign-off is referred to the appropriate BESBPO Group division — BESC, BBWS, BECISS, or BEAS — or to the correctly registered external professional where the Group does not have in-house capability for that specific scope.

Every CSCS engagement is explicit about which Group division's registered expertise underpins the advice given. That transparency is the actual credibility advantage — not a generic consulting claim.
